About Us - Warnken Properties

Warnken Properties is a family owned and operated business. We own the property we manage. Our family has been a part of the Columbia and University communities since 1965. We love Columbia and, through our business, strive to help make it a great place for our tenants to live, study, work and play.

Two, at times three, generations are in the business. Denice, a respected real estate professional, handles business operations and tenant relations. MU grad Wendy is executive property manager. MU Professor Emeritus Phil does the marketing and business development, and in very busy times, two of our MU-student granddaughters, Cecilee and Alexis Brown help out.

We got started when we bought and renovated an East Campus building as a place for our daughters to live while they were at MU. Over the years we've added other property, building our business on absolute integrity, premium properties, meticulous maintenance, and the highest standards of professional management.
