Premium off-campus properties
Our premium off-campus rentals are a short drive to MU,
hospitals, insurance companies, shopping and downtown.
Meticulously maintained units are available as one or
two bedroom apartments and two bedroom duplexes.
Our off-campus units are sought by faculty, graduate
students and professionals wanting quiet, pleasant
surroundings in Columbia's nicer residential areas.
We start leasing in January and February for August
occupancy.
Most units are leased before semester end in May. To
